This is the ideal choice if you want a personalized plan that is specific to you. Come solo, bring a partner or organize a private group.
Offered in the studio, virtually or from the comfort of your own home.
No prior experience required for private sessions. Private sessions are a necessary step before going into a group class.
Classes
Three options for group classes!
Equipment based classes at the studio - where you’ll receive individual attention while in a supportive group atmosphere. Max 4 people. Prior experience is required.
Weekly virtual mat classes - join the online community from the comfort of your own home. Open to all levels and no previous experience required.
In person pop up mat classes around the East Cape - just bring your mat! Open to all levels, no previous experience required.
